This is a special case of modeling N-dimensional data. Specifically, we need a concrete example of imglib being used to process combined spectral lifetime data.

Spectral-lifetime data can certainly be modeled in ImgLib, but we still need a concrete example. I am leaving this ticket open until SLIM Plugin is ported to ImageJ2/ImgLib2.

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to fixed

SLIM Plugin is processing spectral-lifetime data with ImgLib and processing fit results.
