Description
Once SLIM-curve is migrated to our repository (see #176), it would be good to have a CMake build file to easily compile the library for use with our Java projects, particularly SLIM plugin.

There actually is a CMake build file already, but it is pretty pointless until the SLIM-curve code gets committed to the repository. Waiting on ticket #28 first.
