SEM JOEL Scale
Overview
This tool sets image scale based on pixel size store in the .txt file associated with SEM image.
How to use
1. Open an image file acquired from JOEL SEM, and make the image window active.
2. The text file saved from image acquisition have to be in the same folder with the image file.
3. Click “JOEL SEM Scale”, the dimensions of the image will be calibrated based on the pixel size data from the text file.
