Overview
CATS is a FIJI plugin for context aware trainable segmentation of big image data. For more information please visit the GitHub README.
Installation
CATS can be installed from the ImageJ update site: http://sites.imagej.net/EMBL-CBA/. For details on how to install an update site click here.
To start CATS in ImageJ, select Plugins > Segmentation > CATS from the main menu.
