Description
Recently IJ1 added subpixel resolution for ROIs. Support this in IJ2.
Some needed changes:
0) update our base ij.jar up to the version where this code was added
1) there are places in OverlayHarmonizer where values are cast to ints.
Perhaps there are others needed elsewhere.
