Update IJ1 tests to work with ImageJ 1.45q

Description
The IJ1 tests have slowly aged and do not pass with IJ 1.45q. Update tests as needed until they pass.

Updated tests using Wayne's strategy recommendations. Fixed old problematic tests. Removed a couple that were no longer feasible given Wayne's changes. Where new behavior exists (such as convex hull code and feret diameter improvements) treated 1.45q as the new baseline for behavior.
