Description
The code in source:trunk/extra/workflow should be migrated to work as part of the ij-ext project, as a new imagej.ext.workflow package therein. We should also create an example IJ2 plugin that programmatically builds and executes a workflow, to verify that it works well.

ImageJ2 is now well integrated with KNIME, so this work is not necessary or warranted.
