RGB Stack display bug

Open Clown
Image > Type > RGB Stack

Display window is duplicated
ImageJ Menus are visible for the new display but not he original.

Expected behavior is to simply change the existing RGB Color display to a stack of 3 8-bit channels.

Update: Sometimes one or two extra "outputs" displays are created with channel sliders and no image. When the channel sliders are moved, they affect the original image display.
