Hyperstack to Stack bug

Description

Open the mitosis 5d stack sample
run Image > Hyperstacks > Hyperstack to Stack
Resulting image is still a Hyperstack but with a changed color mode.

We do not want IJ2 to support non-hyperstack mode, where there is more than one dimension beyond XY, but only one slider is shown.

So unless/until we hear outcry from users, we will blacklist the "Hyperstack to Stack" and "Stack to Hyperstack" plugins, with no IJ2 replacement implementation.
