Description

Some UI state is not getting set/reset when you use the Image :: Stacks :: Delete Data plugin.

Delete in X or Y and window does not resize. Shrunken image appears in old window frame padded in white.

In T1 Head, delete 30 Z slices from the middle somewhere. Everything looks fine. Scroll in Z. Exceptions are thrown when you get to the last 30 positions. Basically the sliders are not getting their range reset and so you are trying to scroll to the old Z positions that are gone.

I think this is all the same bug.

I think using the Delete Axis plugin can also give rise to display problems.

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to fixed

Deletion of z slices causing slider issues was not the same as X & Y deletion issues.

Z issue tracked and fixed in #603

X/Y issues reported in separate ticket #605

Delete axis issues will be handled in a new ticket.
