Support Image File Drag & Drop like IJ1

In IJ1 you can drag an image from Finder and drop it on the application and it will open. IJ2 has no such feature.

The application needs to initialize Drag & Drop targets
The old way was: IJ.runPlugIn("ijx.core.DragAndDrop", "")
