Description

We need to prepare a presentation for the ImageJ conference. Outline includes:

  • Overview of the ImageJDev.org project
  • What we have so far:
    • Imglib-backed images
    • Bio-Formats driven I/O
    • GUI separation
    • Annotation-driven plugin discovery
    • Metadata-rich declarative plugin mechanism
    • CellProfiler/ImageJ integration
    • Spectral-lifetime image processing from ImageJ
    • OpenCL-based GPU-accelerated deconvolution
  • Future directions & community feedback (adapt from previous talk)

  • Milestone changed from biweekly-2010: Oct-04 to Oct-15 to biweekly-2010: Oct-18 to Oct-29

The presentation is outlined and first draft is perhaps half done. Hopefully we will finish the draft today, and get additional feedback from other LOCI members tomorrow.
