Make pixel probe a feature of image windows

After beta1 in the imagej devel list Justin Senseney reported:

FEATURE: Since the menu items are de-localized in IJ2, it might be useful to also see the intensity values and position printed on these new menu bars as well. I will often have so many windows open that I can’t find the main window, so it’s hard to figure out what the current intensity value/position is that I’m hovering over.

I agree that eventually we will move away from behavior that mirrors IJ1 exactly, and branch out into UI improvements that people want to see (retaining a "compatibility mode" in the settings somewhere, probably).

In the meantime, you can press Enter to pop up the main window after it gets buried. This makes it possible to still see the pixel probe even with tons of windows open.
