Hi Curtis,

I falsely committed legacy-imglib1-1.1.3 instead of
legacy-imglib1-1.1.3-DEPRECATED and did not catch the second that
Jenkins took to release it.  Can you please remove 1.1.3 from the
repository to not confuse anybody?
