[ImageJ-devel] Deadlock: DefaultStatusService.showStatus calls EventService.publish / AbstractColorTool.drawIcon gets active dataset view

Still I guess that the thread running the QuitProgram plugin will always
still be running while QuitProgram is disposing the context. So in addition
maybe the context dispose code should be like a time bomb that is set, the
QuitProgram plugin completes, and then the bomb goes off shutting all
services down.
