[ImageJ-devel] Saving an image with Overlay in imageJ2

Hi Mohamed,

We do plan to save overlays with images but that functionality is not yet
in place. It is scheduled to be completed by our initial release of 2.0.0.
There is a very barebones ticket in our trac noting this need:
