[ImageJ-devel] JAMA and other includes

Hi all,

BoneJ currently contains a copy of JAMA, which is stupid (the
containing, not JAMA itself). I can specify that my build environment
looks for Jama-1.0.2.jar, but how do I make sure that Fiji / ImageJ2
will have a JAMA (or whatever other dependency I might need), so the
plugins actually run?
