[ImageJ-devel] Imaging talk at UW-Madison today about 3D imaging software

Hideo Otsuna (postdoc in the lab of Chi-Bin Chien) from the Neurobiology department of Utah will be giving a 11 am Seminar on his biology work in 168 Noland Hall. The title is Imaging Eye and Neuronal Development in Zebrafish. He will discuss his 3D imaging work and software work.

Then at 1:15 he will be demoing his freeware alternative to Volocity, called FluoRender. This presentation will be at LOCI in room 224 Animal Sciences (small conference room next to soda machines). The lecture will be more in depth, the demo will be informal and chance for LOCI programmers to see what he is doing, but also chance to see more closely the software for those doing 3D imaging.
