Erratic minThr for measurements on thresholded image:
-"Set measurements" setup in advance: area limit display add redirect=None
decimal=0 
-Results measurements: MinThr=255 (correct) sometimes, but most of the time 
MinThr=0 (gives wrong area meas)

run("Auto Threshold", "method=Yen white");
