Bug ID: 1042
Summary: Loading XML files from saved TrackMate files result in
errors
Product: Fiji
Version: unspecified
Hardware: Macintosh
OS: Mac OS
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P4
Component: Plugins
Assignee: imagej-bugs at imagej.net
Reporter: jeff.meteer at gmail.com
CC: jeff.meteer at gmail.com
I use TrackMate to track particles and it works great. Since the lastest
update, when I save a file (defaults to .XML) and then load it back into FIJI,
there are problems. The first is that the spots are all solid circles instead
of outlined circles. The second is that I cannot display local tracks. I have
tried on two separate machines and it seems like a bug. I uploaded a sample
containing the original .tif and .XML files.
