Hi Petter,

 Thank you for the report. Unfortunately it's not clear what plugins/scripts
you were trying to execute when you got this error. Some extra information[1]
about what you were trying to do would be very helpful in trying to reproduce
the problem.

 Also, I see that you have a significant number of update sites and locally
modified files in your Fiji installation. The locally modified files in
particular could make reproducing your error impossible for others.

 You may have better luck searching through your list of plugins/update
sites[2] to identify the incompatibilities.
