Bug ID: 996
Summary: Binary image
Product: Fiji
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P4
Component: Plugins
Assignee: imagej-bugs at imagej.net
Reporter: knoma at ucsd.edu

Dear Sir/Madam,
What I want to do is making a binary file and use it as ROI for the measurement
of another file.
So,
I made a binary file (File1).
I chose the File1 for "Redirect to" in the "Set measurement" command to analyze
another file (File2).
I tried to do "Particle analysis" for File2.
But it shows the following error no matter how I make a binary file:
"A thresholded file or 8-bit binary file is required. ..."
Do you have any ideas about how it happenes?
I reinstalled the latest Fiji but it did not help.
I checked the File1 is binary by extracting values.
Thanks.
Ken
