Thanks for uploading sample data. It does look like there is a problem with
your OME-TIFF - even with an up-to-date Fiji and Bio-Formats 5.1.

The Bio-Formats team has their own bug reporting system, so unfortunately
you'll have to contact them directly to look into this issue. Instructions can
