Please understand the technical ramifications. Since class loaders cannot
unload classes, you have to *recreate* class loaders. And since the data are
held in memory using old class loaders, you cannot access them using the class
loaders. Unless you find a magic way to make "partial" class loaders. And this
magic way would have to be robust.

and to file a pull request to https://github.com/imagej/imagej-legacy.
