When you're set up, I'd suggest to follow the screencast on
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyfE_fVphCs&list=UUOXCsWKZNGez9QOQMWw-Qww to set
up Eclipse and import ImageJA.

That will give you a very good introduction into Eclipse; importing the
Lasso/Blow Tool project will be very similar, except that you clone from
https://github.com/fiji/Lasso_and_Blow_Tool instead of
https://github.com/imagej/ImageJA.
