This figure shows the data processing steps performed to run a Hough circle transform. Panel 1 shows an average intensity projection of an XYZ stack of fluorescent microspheres. Panel 2 shows the derivative of panel 1 (i.e. "Find Edges"). Panel 3 is a mask of panel 2. Panel 4 shows the result of the plugin being run on panel 3.
