Migrate resources to new LOCI dev server

Description

The new LOCI dev server is now installed. We need to migrate the following resources:

  • Bio-Formats data repository
  • SVN and Git code repositories
  • Trac sites
  • Hudson
  • Nexus

Then we need to update various links on the web sites at loci.wisc.edu and imagejdev.org to point to the new dev URLs. Also need to update the SVN source code links throughout the Java source.

We also must update the LOCI and ImageJ base Maven POMs to have the correct URLs for everything.
