[ImageJ-devel] Documentation for KNIME

Hi Martin,

in the discussions at the EuBIAS 2013 meeting, you said that there is no
web documentation for KNIP (KNIME Image Processing), that all the
documentation is available inside KNIME, and that some of the
documentation is even generated on the fly.

So I had this idea: how about making a custom node that just accumulates
all the nodes' documentation and export it into a directory of .html
files? That should also help visibility on Google...
