It is not yet uploaded to the update site, if that is what you mean.

If you're using Maven, just update the version number of the dependency to
2.0.1.

Otherwise, look at the platform-specific configurations in
http://jenkins.imagej.net/job/ImageJ-launcher/. This is a bit more
complicated, as it is intended only for advanced users or developers (who
naturally know how ImageJ is organized ;-). So if it looks too confusing,
why not wait until the launcher "hits the shelves", i.e. is available in
either Fiji and ImageJ2?
