[ImageJ-devel] Incompatible licensing of ARGBARGBDoubleConverter and ARGBDoubleARGBConverter

Hi Dscho,

Thank you Dscho for pointing this out. I fixed this (and several other 
missing) license header in projectors/converters and opened a 
pull-request. Stephan, could you please review the pull-request if 
everything is OK and then merge it afterwards?
