The ImgLib2 examples page should be most prominently accessible from
the webpage. The initial listing of links, which the current 4
subheadings of the document, are misleading in importance and make it
hard to notice the ImgLib2 examples link.

A workaround is an initial subheading with "Start here", that lists
the most relevant links.
