[ImageJ-devel] [fiji-devel] RegionOfInterestCursor considered misnamed

For what it's worth, I also am in favor.

The purpose of ROIAlgorithm was to do the grunt-work involved with
direct-filter-type operations (convolution/cross-correlation, and
order statistic filters, for example).  Might this become obsolete?
