Actually, looking at the technical details of your bug report, I see that you
do already have the Java-8 site enabled, but there is another problem:

  dc57752b (NOT_INSTALLED) 20160307225716 plugins/3D_Viewer-4.0.1.jar

And you instead have a different version of the 3D Viewer installed:

  45947387 (LOCAL_ONLY) 20160307230408 plugins/ImageJ_3D_Viewer.jar

This old version is not compatible with the new Java 3D shipped with Fiji.
