            Bug ID: 1255
Summary: Help keyboard shortcut bleeds through to reslice
                    shortcut
           Product: Fiji
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: Macintosh
                OS: Mac OS
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P4
         Component: Plugins
          Assignee: imagej-bugs at imagej.net
          Reporter: weinberz at gmail.com
                CC: weinberz at gmail.com

I regularly used cmd-shift-/ to bring up the search box in the Help menu on OS
X, in order to search through Fiji menu commands. Several months ago, this
began to bring up the Reslice command in addition to the search box. Closing
the reslice box via either the "Cancel" button or the red button in the
upper-left corner leaves all commands grayed out in the menus until I restart
Fiji. Is there any way to restore the old behavior, where cmd-shift-/ only
brought up the help search box?

Reproduction steps:
1. Open an image with Fiji.
2. Type cmd-shift-/ to bring up Help search box.
3. Reslice box appears underneath. Close by clicking the red "x" button on top
left corner.
4. Menus are all greyed out, no menu commands work until restarting the
application.
