Unfortunately, the ImageJ team does not control the server used by the 3D
Viewer to install Java 3D 1.5.

In the meantime, the server in question (132.187.25.13) seems to be back up
now.

In the future, we plan to update the 3D Viewer to use a less problematic
version of Java 3D; see:
  https://github.com/imagej/imagej/issues/120
Such an update will prevent issues of this nature from happening again.
