Thank you very much for your detailed response! I was unable to get my
installed copy of Fiji to run (deleting the 64 bit java included with fiji
stopped it from working completely and swapping out the jre folders didn't seem
to have an affect), but between reinstalling a Image J, installing the 32 bit
java, moving around the QTjava.zip folder, and copying over the plugins (+ the
quicktime plugin for Image J), I have a working system.
