Since one of the last Fiji updates, the Manual Tracking Plugin from Fabrice
Cordelieres is unable to load previous tracking files. Since the new version,
the tracking files are saved as .cvs and whenever I try to reload them I get an
empty table. Before, the data were saved as .xls. Even if I try to change .cvs
to .xls, the data cannot be reloaded (instead of a table full of numbers, I get
"NaN" in every position)
