[ImageJ-bugs] [Bug 1128] New: refresh menu does not work

Extende_Depth_Field-2.0.1.jar was saved to the plugins folder -> run install
plugins -> says installed,  -> restart fiji -> refresh the menu, still do not
see the commend to choose from when pulled down plugins.

However, it works for other computer, does not even require the refresh menu
command.
