Thanks Gabriel - yes, I was able to find the old plugin here:

As far as I can tell it still works. I have no idea why it wasn't migrated to
GitHub with the other Fiji plugins.

I am tentatively thinking I will put this plugin on GitHub and add it back to
Fiji, updating the "Simulate Color Blindness" menu entry to point to this
plugin. Is that OK with you?
