When you install a macro text file via Plugins > Macros > Install..., the
corresponding macro command appears in that submenu, but all the menu entries
below the first separator (i.e. all the Fiji-specific menu entries) disappear.

Upon restart, all standard menu entries are back, but the installed macro is
missing.
