I follow the instruction of imagej online
http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/developer/javascript.html
and practice the always on top instructions. 
 it says "To create an "Always on Top" command, save this script in the plugins
folder as "AlwaysOnTop.js", 
It should be Always_On_Top.js What does this _ do to make it work? how many_
should be in the file name and where should it be?  anywhere, at least one?
Although I have fixed the file name, it will not run until I execute install
plug in, and later has to run help > refresh manus. Your online instruction is
in controdict to the pdf version of the user guide.

I run fiji, there are many plugins in the plugin folder, however, not all the
plugins are shown on the main menu under Plugins, eg. extended_depth_field. Why
is it and how to run it?
