I cannot reproduce on my OS X 10.10.2 system:

- Open Blobs (Shift+B)
- Draw a rectangular ROI
- Press T to add it to ROI Manager
- Draw other rectangular ROI
- Press T to add it to ROI Manager
- Select one of the ROIs in the Manager by clicking it
- Draw one of the ROI's grippers to resize it
- Click the Update button in the ROI manager to confirm the changes
- Click the other ROI in the Manager; watch it change
- Click the first ROI again; confirm that the ROI was updated

Can you post a list of steps that illustrate the issue for you? Or does the
above recipe not work as described for you?
