It is tempting to copy and paste only the first line of an error message
because the rest looks confusing to non-programmers. Nevertheless, it makes it
impossible to make heads or tails of this issue.

Also, it would be good if you could provide a minimal example to reproduce the
issue, i.e. as small as possible an image stack (preferably from File>Open
Samples if you can trigger this problem) and a recorded macro that results in
said exception every time you run it.
