Thank you for the bug report: it was very helpful that you made sure to reduce
it to a very simple way to reproduce.

It is fixed in the source code; we are very close to release a couple of
related components, therefore the relevant file will be uploaded to the ImageJ
update site only tomorrow or so.

It would be very nice, though, if you could download
http://jenkins.imagej.net/job/ImageJ-legacy/182/artifact/target/imagej-legacy-0.8.5-SNAPSHOT.jar
and replace your Fiji.app/jars/imagej-legacy-0.8.4.jar and verify that we
really managed to resolve the problem.
