Bug ID: 936
Summary: Defective opening of a 32bit hyperstack
Product: Fiji
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P4
Component: Plugins
Assignee: imagej-bugs at imagej.net
Reporter: baptiste.roelens at gmail.com
CC: baptiste.roelens at gmail.com
A 32bit hyperstack was generated by "Images to stacks" and then "stacks to
hyperstacks" and then saved as Tiff. Upon re-opening of the saved file, all the
pixel with a non-zero value have now a much lower value (as an example, one
pixel that had a value of 3829.771 in the original file had now a value of
5.3656E-42). This does not happen upon opening the file with ImageJ 1.48v.
