Scrolling through an image stack (i.e. with a scroll wheel) is very fast on OS
X 10.9 Mavericks. After upgrading to Yosemite, there's a visible refresh lag as
the frame is redrawn if the image is zoomed above 100%.

To reproduce:
1. Open an image stack. (I uploaded "22.jpg.tif" as an example; open it with
the ImageIO importer.)
2. Scroll through it; should not observe any refresh lag.
3. Zoom to 150%.
4. Scroll through the stack; should observe visible refresh lag on 10.10 but
not 10.9.

I haven't tried to reproduce the slowness on another system yet.
