Thank you for your valuable feedback!

The problem is version skew, caused by the upload of the nightly TrackMate
shadowing files from the ImageJ update site.

Now, I have concrete plans to teach the updater to make proper use of
http://semver.org/ to determine when update sites do *not* want to override
ImageJ components. This should fix that problem once and for all, once I get to
that part of the TODO list.
