Sorry for the delay on this, PAvel.

The Fiji update site now ships the latest version of the BigDataViewer. Hooray!

So, could you please test and see whether the problem is resolved now?

If you have the BigDataViewer update site enabled, then before proceeding with
any testing, you'll first need to disable it, fully update ImageJ, and then
restart it.
