Hi,

I added some info to the bug. My system info as shown in the reprot a bug
window.
Also the way the interface looks after double clicking a tiff file.

So to test:
1. Make sure tif extension is associated with ImageJ-win64.exe
2. Double click tiff file
3. FIJI starts and is shown as in attached jpg.

I think it has something to do with the startup sequence. But after a few hours
on Google I was not able to find a solution. 

Pleaase let me know if more info is needed.
