Hi,

I have downloaded one of the latest stable release

fiji-win64-20140602.zip

Unzip and have file associated with fiji. I double click on a tiff file, Fiji
opens it and shows it. As expected.

If I update ImageJ to 1.49g. Still Fiji behaves as expected.

If I update FIJI the automatic opening and showing of files is gone. I double
click on a tiff file. Fiji starts up. Nothing happens. No file opened and
shown.

not practical to my purposes.
